Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.

At this time, we don’t facilitate direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order separately.

Return Process:

1. Start the return process by reaching out to our responsive customer service team or by utilizing the return option in your Steello account.

2. Carefully package the item(s) along with the original packing slip or order confirmation.

3. For security, opt for a trackable and insured shipping method to send back the package.

4. Once we receive and assess the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 2 business days.


The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Depending on your payment provider, it might take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for undergarments, swimwear, and final sale items.

Items explicitly marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
